The Rethink Staffing Impact Reports
In the summer of 2017, Rethink Staffing began surveying its pool of employees. The respondents ranged from agents on the production floor to middle and top managers. The survey involved interviews and questionnaires.
Based on the results, the company cobbled together its First Impact Sourcing Report. It became the beacon that spurred the company to follow the path it has undertaken.
Since then, Rethink Staffing has continued to monitor how its people have fared – socially and economically – throughout their employment with us.
Rethink Staffing wants to put as many people as possible into middle-class employment. It’s a dream that its CEO and Founder, Mike Dershowitz, wants to see fulfilled not only in the Philippines but in the United States and other developing populations as well.
