Right now, we’re looking for CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVES who meet the following requirements:
● Previous experience in a customer support role
● Track record of achieving quotas
● Excellent phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
● Strong retention memory
● Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
● Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
● High school degree, undergraduate or college graduate
The chosen candidates will have the following responsibilities:
● Manage large amounts of calls in a timely manner
● Determines requirements by working with customers.
● Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
● Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
● Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
● Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
● Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
● Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
