2016 has been a wild ride for Rethink Staffing. That was the year Rethink Staffing went through an explosive growth. From 15 people working in a small office in Delgado Street, the company grew to fifty people by mid-year. By the end of 2016, their personnel grew in number to more than a hundred. This year, in 2017, the company now employs around 200 people.
New Brand, New Logo
Rethink Staffing changed its branding strategy in 2016. With the help of the new Marketing Team of Rethink Staffing, a brand-new logo and a freshly designed website were created going into the third quarter of 2016. Animated videos and images were produced following the brand guidelines custom-made for RTS. Marketing collaterals, ranging from posters and social media content to videos and ads, reflected the brand’s identity – smart and hard-working, but also fun and adventurous.
More People, More Rewards
Rethink Staffing made 2016 the most rewarding year for many of their employees. Known as RTS for short, the company believes in taking care of its own and giving its high-performing employees the promotions they deserve. The team of floor managers has since doubled, and the leadership team gained three more members.
The company values their employees’ well-being and health. Aside from contributions to SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-ibig, Rethink Staffing decided to add HMO to their roster of benefits. RTS also makes sure their employees are not too stressed to do their job well.
It’s important that RTS employees are doing work that’s not too hard or too easy. It’s a principle that’s based on Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi’s ideas in his best-selling book, “Flow”. He said: “Whenever we engage in something like this – something that’s neither too easy nor too difficult – we tend to expand our personal limits.”
New Outsourcing Services
Before 2016 ended, Rethink Staffing saw tremendous potential in providing services for businesses in three growing niches. The company has already begun providing virtual support staff for real estate appraisers and real estate agents and back-office support staff for medical and dental practitioners. RTS plans to expand this part of their operations in 2017.
The company is also planning to venture into the graphic design niche by providing virtual support staff for digital media firms and advertising agencies that need another set of creative minds to handle non-core design work for them.
Rethink Staffing looks forward to making 2017 a more productive and prosperous year for everyone. The company also aims to become more involved in philanthropic activities in the coming year.
UPDATE: We Now Have Two Facilities in Iloilo City!
To accommodate our unprecedented growth, Rethink Staffing finally completed the renovations for their main office in Jalandoni Street, Iloilo City. That facility is now ready for new employees. Some employees work during the day and others work at night.
A second facility in a major shopping mall has been operating at full capacity. The completion of this second facility in the middle of 2017 has been a welcome addition to the company’s employees.Tags: Corporate Updates, Outsourcing to the Philippines, Rethink Staffing, RTS News
